Winter exercise
Winter is a time of year when people usually exercise less, either because the cold non encourage both or for any other reason. However, it is essential to continue to exercise during these colder months so do not miss the way that acquired during the summer either for their own health. Below are some tips on ways to exercise during the winter.
 
Go hiking with a friend at the mall. There may be local schools or churches with indoor gym where you can walk. You can buy a pedometer in a sports shop. Use it to count their steps. Will help motivate you to walk more.
 
Buy hand weights or stretch bands for use at home in resistance training. You can stay in shape while watching your favorite TV show or listening to music. Try to do a little more each week. Use cans of food if you do not want to buy weights. 
 
Buy or rent a DVD of exercises, or order one at the library. If you have an MP3 player, you can download audio methods in the internet. It's a fun way to stay in shape at home.
 
Go up the stairs and add intervals to walk whenever you can. This will give you extra activity, even on a busy day.
 
Make domestic chores like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing or cleaning windows. Can be active while keeping your home looking good.
